This is a Step By Step video for combining sound tracks to a single Album in iTunes12. So - iTunes groups songs underneath an "Album" if their Album Name and Artist match - but, in an Album where all the artists are different, you end up with a different Album per Artist. Every time that I add any album to my iPhone, every song will show up as separate albums. Also, the artist is missing from every song on my iPhone.
